  I was referred here following a serious motorcycle accident which resulted in many broken bones. Sue Lin was my Physio and I have to say that I wasn't overly impressed. I was doing clinical Pilates twice per week and never really progressed from there. I asked almost every session I could do some different excersises and possibly incorporate the use of a swimming pool to get some kind of cardio workout. Everything I suggested was answered with a "no" including once asking about massage to deal with my chronic pain to which she answered "that doesn't help". I am fully aware that she was the expert out of the two of us but it just seemed like anything I suggested was automatically denied as it wasn't her idea. I've since moved to George Street Physio in Freo and they have been so, so good in comparison. They listen to me and take on board the trauma I've been through and I am improving so much better. I must say that all the other staff at LifeCare were awesome, especially the girls on the desk that were always so happy and polite, I just think Sue Lin needs to show a little more compassion with her patients and not just shut them down when they ask for things.
